Hello! I’m Brynlee Rogers, certified yoga instructor, plant based lover and co-author of . My passion is to help educate and nurture others through nutrition education as I truly believe in the quote by Hippocrates:
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
I believe the future of medicine depends on preventative care through diet and exercise – especially yoga. After struggling for years with my poor digestive system and finding what was right for my body through exercise, self-love and whole foods, I have come to the conclusion that I want to help the masses to heal as well.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida . I have gained many work experiences to go along with my personal knowledge. As the Head Wellness Coach at Fitlife foods, I am able to help clients reach their goals by performing wellness sessions, assisting meal schedules, and providing constant communication and encouragement.
I started practicing yoga at age 15 and absolutely fell in love with how it made me feel. If you are new to yoga and want to tackle the fear of being a beginner or even for those more advanced who would like to develop a specific part of your practice, a private lesson with me is a great and fun way to help accomplish your goals. Yoga has helped me grow in ways I never thought possible, remain steady despite tough challenges that I face, and recognize the vastness of gratitude.
It brings me great joy to be able to influence someone else’s food choices and health. I love to inspire people by not only telling people what to eat but by being a living example of eating healthy every day. I love sharing all of my recipes and the nutrition tips that I have researched. I am striving to change the way people think about food choices. My personal experiences are driving me to also influence others.
